The morning air in Jeju was crisp and scented with citrus and sea breeze. Lune and I started our day with a stroll along the coastline, each holding a quirky ice cream cone—mine shaped like a lava rock, hers like a bright, leaf-topped tangerine. We laughed and let the sound of waves soundtrack our adventure. We wandered into a golden field of blooming canola flowers. Her white dress fluttered in the wind, contrasting beautifully with the sea of yellow around her. I stood back, watching her capture the moment with her vintage camera while quietly capturing one of my own—hers.Under the shade of a tangerine tree, we found a cozy wooden platform. We sat, picked fruit, and talked about everything. Lune hid behind one of the tangerines with a playful smile, her lap full of sunshine-colored fruit. I wished I could pause the day here, with her laughter echoing through the leaves. It was a moment in time that felt like a movie. A day dipped in sunshine, sweetness, and the softest kind of love.
